How to Approach a New Day
     Everyday you wake up, you press an invisible "switch" either to "it is a good day" or "it is a lousy day"; the choice is totally yours. When you press the "switch" to "it is a good day", you free up your mind, body, and soul to match that affirmation. Guess what that means if you have had a stroke? 
     It means that you want to get better that day and you know what else, you will get better that day. Maybe not enough for you to notice, but incrementally over time these "baby" steps will help you to become stronger physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It's something to think about and it's all up to you. Just a tidbit to "chew on" for today.
